But if you have an issue that needs a little more focused attention An 'Ask the Herbalist' consultation is perfect for you, especially if you might want a yummy sleep tea, something for that pesky cough, or your own personal tea blend!

If you can't make it to the shop, or you need a little more support (or privacy) you can schedule a phone or email consult with Christen. You will receive the same high quality healing support, but in the comfort of your own home.

We are committed to your wellness and therefore offer a comprehensive initial consultation that is divided into two parts. During your first meeting with Christen, your intake paperwork will be reviewed, current health goals & concerns will be discussed and individualized healing protocol will be created. Your follow-up is the perfect time to assess what is working for you, as well as any changes that are needed to help you feel your best. This consult is the perfect place to start for someone seeking support with specific concerns such as healing your gut, wanting to loose weight, stress relief, sleep support. or you just simply want to eat better and feel healthier.

 

Initial Session & 1st Follow-up | $145

a Focused 60-70 minute Consult | $75
